this blogspot.com thing has got my thinking gears turning.....

i have decided to some very interesting things with this blog. alot of it will be about my childhood and preteens. but with a little art. i need to borrow mandy's scanner. this is something that has been on my mind for over a year now. atleast now i kinda know how i will do it. its going to be a challenge but very exciting. i promise it will be coming soon.

I can smell fall in the air.

can you smell it too? i got fall fever yesterday. it is the my favorite season. it is when everything is dying. no more bugs. no more humidity and heat. just cool fresh crisp air. beatiful leaves. it also feels in some ways that im starting a new beginning. maybe its because all my life growing up i started school around this time? or my family goes camping? or that my birthday is in october? who knows. but i can't help but feel this nostalgia.

but camping is right around the corner. my dad's side of the family started this tradition back in 1989. we go to land between the lakes at ginger ridge. this will be my 12th year. even though nobody went last year for the first time ever, we are going to be there this year with our drunk bells on. mike and i got this new kick ass tent thats 12x12. i am actually going for 5 days this year (oh yeah danielle, camping will be the last week of october this year, the 24th -30th). i can not wait.

oh how happy i am for danielle....

hurray for danielle. i can now communicate with her beyond the telephone!!! I do think myspace.com is better. I will write more when I have time.
